1971 Grabber Green Boss 351
#1
red logo
Ok so we have a 1971 Boss 351 being fully restored in our shop. Our shop manager is out today but should be back tomorrow so I will get more details as to what has been done besides what I know.

So here is the break down, this is a 1971 Grabber Green with White interior, this is 1 of 5 that were made in that color combination. As you can see from the pictures I am posting it's got new front and rear bumpers, chin spoiler, front grille, exterior door handles and a few other items. Like I said I will get a full break down of what is replaced on this car as well as what is planned. I will also try to keep the pictures up to date as new things happen.

Stopped by the shop today as I really needed to as my time has been very limited since the break is over for the holidays. So here are some new shots of the project. I will try to get over there more, but we have so much in store for 2011 my plate is literally overflowing lol.

So the car now has it's shoes on, it's currently in the shop getting it's fuel lines installed before it heads out to get its heartbeat installed.

Don't forget to cut a hole so the coat hanger hooks do not remain underneath that new headliner. I hate when that happens. Rolleyes

Nice car. Cool color combo.

One question, doesn't the black go up onto the decklid on a Boss?

Low buck, touring style, '73 Convertible "rolling restoration", 351c, 2v heads with a shave and a haircut, Performer intake, Holley 650(ish), roller rockers, screw in studs, guideplates, stainless valves, Duraspark / Motorsports MSD, T-5 conversion. 1-1/8" front, 3/4" rear swaybars KYB shocks and some home brewed subframe connectors. Future plans; JGC steering box, Cobra brakes and... paint, interior, etc.
