1971 Car Life article and 1972 Competitve Facts Digest
#1
Whilst scouring the net I found the Mustang article from a 1971 Car Life issue, only a small bit on the Mustang but interesting nevertheless. Also found the 1972 Competitive Facts Digest which the dealers used for brushing up on their sales pitch:

Just stumbled across them while on the never-ending quest for all things 71-73.

All sorts of magazine goodies at the site in the links below:

http://mustangtek.com/Litterature.html

http://mustangtek.com/LibraryFordSales.html

http://mustangtek.com/LibraryFordTech.html

http://mustangtek.com/LibraryMagazines.html

http://mustangtek.com/Magazine2.html

http://mustangtek.com/LibraryMiscArticles.html

For me the links seem to work best in Internet Explorer instead of Firefox, but that could be because I'm running an ad-blocker on Firefox that might be interfering with the format of the sites.

Sorry to bump this up after 2 years, but I think it's worth mentioning that the Boss 351 shown there appears to be the prototype Boss 302 owned by forum member 71BossPrototype:

How to buy a '71-73 Mustang:
Rule #1: Assume all classic car sellers are guilty until proven innocent.
Rule #2: No classic car dealer is ever innocent; thus, they are all guilty.
Rule #3: Buy from trustworthy people: Fellow forum members. Visit 7173Mustang's For Sale forum.
