Other member's cars

I was reading rpmcarter's post about window switches and remembered that his car has power windows & fold down rear seat. I find it amazing that on this forum I know a lot about each of your cars. I can't say the same except for just a few buddies on the other mustang forum.

You guys are the best & I like knowing about each of your cars from all the great interaction we have on this forum!

Agreed! I'm on several other mustang forums but this is by far the friendliest bunch of people I've met. Seems more tight knit and pers[/align]onal than any other.

Tight knit & personal...that sums it up pretty good Terry.

I think it´s mainly because the group is still pretty small and there is a core of people who post and generally participate on the forum. That makes it very personal. Other forums have hundreds or even thousands of members, which makes it hard to know everyone.
I like it here, but I´ve said it so many times.......

Not to mention, when a question is posted there is generally a willingness to help without any of the perceived snobbiness that some of the other sites have. That's why I initially kept coming back to this forum. Good group of guys? +1000!

I credit the staff and members of this site for it's positive attitude. Besides I think we all know what it's like to be disrespected over the year of our car. That gives us incentive to respect others and their choices.

Jeff T.

Low buck, touring style, '73 Convertible "rolling restoration", 351c, 2v heads with a shave and a haircut, Performer intake, Holley 650(ish), roller rockers, screw in studs, guideplates, stainless valves, Duraspark / Motorsports MSD, T-5 conversion. 1-1/8" front, 3/4" rear swaybars KYB shocks and some home brewed subframe connectors. Future plans; JGC steering box, Cobra brakes and... paint, interior, etc.

When I die I want to die like grandpa, peacefully in my sleep... not screaming, like his passenger.

Yes people... WE have created a fantastic place to share in here... The Staff is fantastic... Barry and BT are always arround helping and being part of the rest of us... Enjoying this fantastic place with this fantastic crew that we all are...

This is my only forum, just because i don´t need any more from the net than you guys to share.... We are growing in numbers fast but i thing we are willing to keep the friendship style between us forever, almost as a group condition...

If we think about the big picture, a big part of our body styled cars is nos getting respect, being restored, magazines and so on is because of us... our 1000+ crew has even more than 1000 cars that are right now, being taken care of...

1000 cars is a bunch of cars so besides what we all, day after day are learning from each other, in the big picture, we are maybe changing peoples thought about our era mustangs...

Congrats each an everyone of us for being part of this...

I'd like to echo what Don said about knowing each other's cars, but also seeing all the progress you guys are making and the different ways we are all doing it. Very cool to see the cars "grow up".
