Great Site!
#1
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone on this site. I've been part of an "all years" mustang site for a few years and found this one not too long ago. Really glad I did. I recently started posting stuff about my project and have gotten nothing but positive feedback. When I started posting on the other site one of my first responses was asking me why I ripped out my front suspension only to install an inferior late model suspension. This site seems as though it is a much tighter knit community with no one passing judgement, only support for each others projects regardless of what they may be. That's the way it should be. If we all had the same car it would be no fun! I think is has something to do with the fact that you have to be a unique individual to be as into '71-73 Mustangs as we are. We understand each other in ways other Mustang generations owners will never get. Although I do have a '00 GT daily driverSmile

Anyway, keep it up, it's a great site! We oddballs need to stick together Smile

Well said! I noticed this too within a few days & I donated money to help support the costs of running the forum - something I've never done on any other forum due to the lack of comradery on those sites.

I've made some good friends on here and have met a few and talked to a few more on the phone. This site rocks! It really is the best forum on the internet!

Agreed.. great site & great people Big Grin it's one of the reasons I've spent so much time posting uploading (very time consuming) my help videos. It's also why I try & help as much as I can with body work advice, etc. Most of the advice & what I've shared is not "freely" available unless you pay for it .

With the posts you've done I think you fit well with this group. We don't judge (unless asked) and this bunch has shown nothing but positive support. From what I've seen since being here it's pretty much. "you own it do what YOU want it to be"

As long as you don't put a chevy engine in one I'm pretty much good with it. Having said that I like to keep them mostly original but will mod in good taste with mods that could have occurred during that time period. I do like modern radios tho. Big Grin

I completely agree! This group is the most helpful bunch I've ever been associated with.
