Nice Work Mike ! A few pointers..When you had the frame rail open pic 49..You should have media blasted the rust inside then coated the entire inside of the frame rail with rust bullet (the rust will come back at some point) You could have saved a bunch of time they make that outer section of the frame rail you fabricated. I did the same repair on mine but a bit more involved you can see in my pics we media blasted the entire INSIDE of the frame rail

Thanks for all of your responces. Its come a long way in only 2.5 years. Should be finished within 2 months hopefully. At the time i fabricated the frame rail the reproductions were not avaliable, unless they were and just didnt know it. I used an inner frame rail protectant on the inside of the frame on the entire car that i shot in with a nozzel that i got from eastwood. your right though i should have blasted it when it was better exposed though.
