Hey,

Does anyone have the torque specs for the water pump on the Cleveland?

With an ARP grade 8 bolt and correct lube probably 15-18 lbs. and they are different lengths in the set. I have always been told water pump bolts are single use. Though i would think grade 8 bolts around 20lbs could be re used ....but always told to use new bolts every time.

For a 73 (probably the same for a 72)

Water pump bolts to front cover 12-15 ft/lbs
Water pump bolts to cylinder block 14-20 ft/lbs

Thanks for your responses. Got the cover and pump on last night. The timing cover is a strange design.
