That's a sweet project!!!!!!!

Jeff T.

Low buck, touring style, '73 Convertible "rolling restoration", 351c, 2v heads with a shave and a haircut, Performer intake, Holley 650(ish), roller rockers, screw in studs, guideplates, stainless valves, Duraspark / Motorsports MSD, T-5 conversion. 1-1/8" front, 3/4" rear swaybars KYB shocks and some home brewed subframe connectors. Future plans; JGC steering box, Cobra brakes and... paint, interior, etc.

When I die I want to die like grandpa, peacefully in my sleep... not screaming, like his passenger.

If you talking about the filter on the driver side front apron, you are right but, it is only for pre-lubing the engine before start up. The filter under the car by the gas tank is a gas filter. Thanks.

Have you modified the cylinder 5 exhaust primarytube to make more room for the oil filter? I used a tow truck 460 cid anged leg with oil cooler fittings to have the filter to a diffrent agnle.

Very nice looking ride, I like the fabricating very much. I cannot recognize the heads by looking, what are they?

The heads are Jon Kaase P-51 heads. Now i have a regular oil filter straight to the engine block. no cooler. I modified the headers so it would fit.
