Win a FREE VIP Membership v4.0!! - rocketfoot - 03-18-2019

OK guys, we have another anonymous VIP donation to distribute to one lucky NON-VIP Member that correctly guesses what the item pictured below is and what it is used for!  The first NON-VIP Member that guesses correctly will win a FREE VIP Status Upgrade!  Same rules apply...if an existing VIP, Supporter, Vendor or Benefactor gives away the answer...they get to donate the VIP Membership for the next round!

Here is the item for this game...we are looking for a detailed description and OEM part number...

Hint #1: Automobile part

Remember...correct answer from NON-VIP's only!  Everyone else can guess wrong answers if you like, LOL!

I know what these are and the part number, but as rockfoot has specified, the correct answer is for non-VIP members only.

So....here is the function of these parts when used on something other than the automotive application.
These are used to hold the Dilithium Crystals in place which serve as a controlling agent for the faster than light warp drive in the USS Starship Enterprise.    Big Grin

Clips for the flap on the radiator air upper director. These are the later Dearborn style -correct for a 1971 and up. 8349 is the body of the part number NOT TO BE CONFUSED with the earlier style. 379831S

Close but nasal clips come in soft, non-marking latex only.
