I bought my 73 Mach 1 brand new when I was 17 in High School. H code 351c, deluxe interior, 4Q metalic green. Car has 66K but has not been registered since 1985. In a current restoration process, had original block rebuilt, bored, balanced, aussie 2v 351c heads, roller cam, roller rockers, sanderson headers. Converted to toploader 4 speed as it would have come in 1973. Replaced 9" center section with traction lock unit with 350 gears, KYB shocks, new brake lines. Rebuilding front end now. All cosmetics under hood and under car complete. Almost ready to crank new engine and see how all works. Paint and interior restoration next. New magnum 500 wheels |
