If you are having trouble uploading your photos to the Gallery, it is probably because the image is too large. We can only handle images upto 1024x768 without causing major scrolling issues in the gallery. If your photos are bigger than that, you will need to resize them.

One of the best ways I have found to do this is with Microsoft's Power Toys for Windows XP. This is the link for the ImageResizer Just click on it and install. You will then be able to right click on your images (in your PC) and resize to 1024x768 or any other size you like! It creates a new custom size image and saves your original image untouched! Nothing to it!
