73 Mustang Convertible
Bought a 72 Mach 1 when I was in my teens because I thought these cars looked great. Always really loved convertibles and so wanted a 4 speed CJ ragtop to go with the Mach 1. Cars had to take a back seat for a long time with family, building a house, work, mortgage and life. Finally went on a serious hunt again 5 or 6 years ago and unfortunately had to sell the Mach 1 to buy the convertible.
Its a 73 that started life in the northeastern US but was moved to California at some point and then to Canada. It was a well optioned car from the factory according to the Marti Report:
Side stripe, NASA Hood, Tutone hood paint, 4 speed manual, 3.50 Traction-Lok Diff, Instrument group, F70x14 raised white letter tires, Convenience group, Power steering, Rim Blow Steering wheel, Console, AM 8 track Stereo (removed by a PO), Decor Group, Racing mirrors, Tinted glass, Aluminum wheels, and competition suspension.
