1973 Mustang Mach 1

Currently undergoing restoration. My dad bought it in '78 when he was 16 years old and gave it to me when I was 14. Car was parked about twenty years ago because my dad bought a truck and couldn't afford to keep both registered and insured at the time. Motor is in great condition just needs to be rebuilt. Car came from the factory with a 4-speed toploader but has seen a few transmissions since. Has a C4 auto in it right now but I plan on putting a T-5 in it when I can afford it. Clutch assembly is still in place so going back to a manual should be easy enough.

Motor has been mildly modified with:

• Unknown Cam
• 10:1 Pistons
• Holley 600CFM
• Edelbrock Manifold
• Hooker Longtubes
• Glasspacks

It also has aftermarket gears but the ratio is unknown, we are guessing at least 3.91s or better. I am unsure of the specifics because most of the work was done by the original owner so I will be learning a lot as we go on.

• Repaint car Gold Glow Metallic with black decals
