I really like this car. Is that the "correct" yellow? It looks brighter.

I've said before yellow looks the best on 71-73 stangs. Wasn't it called chrome yellow.

It has tubular control arms with a little front end drop and traction bars on the rear...otherwise it is stock!

Beautiful car! Nice no-nonsense look.
I like the Cragar SS rims. These days, I hardly see those on cars. It really is a classic wheel for such a car.

And of course I like the color (that was predictable, wasn't it?)Big Grin
It's funny, when I had mine painted yellow, everybody asked me I was out of my mind.
Then I signed up here and saw so many yellow Mustangs that I immediately felt at home!

Did you replace the front bumper with the chrome version?

RE: 1971 Mustang Mach 1
Yes, it has a replacement bumper. I think all Mach 1's came with the plastic bumpers. The Boss 302's and regular fastbacks had chrome bumpers.

I see that Don already asked about the gauges. I can´t believe you didn´t post a pic of those under "Modifications".
Those are actually the first digital gauges that I like!

Rocketfoot, Was there any calibrations involved in changing to those digital gauges? Or are they stricktly bolt in and go?
