Fantastic! The P.O swapped out the bumper cover to chrome. ALOT of work that was done when the PO did was sub-par/Hacky. So I just wanted to make sure that I didn't need to straighten out the bumper too :P

So the urethane and chrome bumpers use the same mounting brackets? Or one must buy the repro inner bumper brackets? (Image from OHIO Mustang.com)

Thank you, I currently do not have the car readily accessible so I am going to assume it is 8 teeth. I have to change the speedo cable anyway so Ill change the driven gear too. As I gathered from reading it is a simple swap to switch out the driven gear. I just want to have all the parts with me...

I went thru this with my mustang. I changed the front calipers from Mustangs unlimited due to the car had been sitting for years . Bleed, bleed and bled till the cows came home. So I called Mustangs unlimited and a senior sales rep (I Believe Kevin) told me to take the calipers off the rotor...

I missed that show. I was away. I am going to try to make it to a few shows this year. The only one I was in was the Thomaston one last year.

I just cut the spade terminal off the red wire and crimped it to the black wire. Then I heated the wire coupler so it made it water tight. What a difference in starting! So far I love it!

This spring I am going to put this starter in. Thank you for this post, Otherwise I would have installed another OEM one. :)
