AC vs non AC fan switch

Hello! Just wondering if the 3 speed fan switch on my non AC car is the same on AC cars? I'm trying to find a replacement switch, but seem to run into the ones for AC. See attached pic of the switch from CJ pony parts and my OG non AC car switch. Or is there a way to test these little guys? Thanks!

Where does this bracket go.... exactly...?

Thanks. Do you know how it mounts, what is the top or bottom? Does it connect to the glove box in any way?

Where does this bracket go.... exactly...?

Hello. I believe I removed this (see attached pics) from around the glove box area of my 73 coupe. I have my dash stripped. When I took it off, I didn't take a pic.... thought id remember where it went. I was sorely mistaken. Can someone please explain to me the orientation and how it's...

    Factory looking aftermarket radio

I'm probably nobhelp here. I also bought classic autosounds best direct fit replacement radio. It's still new in the box, also probably will sell to any 7173er for a cheaper price. I ended up just putting a Bluetooth sound bar that attaches to my roll cage, taken from an off road side by side...

Thanks! I have ordered these (See pic) Wondering of this is the solution or if anyone has any experience using them? Is original placement an issue?

    Rear window problem, help needed.

Hello all, tearing out the rear window in my 73 coupe. Got it out easy enough, it just kinda pushed out. As I was cleaning the muck around the windshield frame I noticed about 4 of the moulding studs are missing on the bottom drivers side of the window. I attached a pic with red dots showing...

    71-72 bumpers on a 73

Yeah, because of the mph crash laws that took affect that year..... the front and rear bumpers on 73s are a complete scramble by ford to meet a new safety requirement.

    71-72 bumpers on a 73

Ok. This is what I did; right, wrong or indifferent..... it came out pretty nice and the bumper sits close to the body. My car is in pieces at the moment but I took some pics of what I did. 1. First and foremost.... kinda mock everything up to get an idea where everything lands on the car. Use...

    71-72 bumpers on a 73

It needs to be purchased separately if swapping over to a chrome front bumper. The bumper brackets bolt to the plate, the bumper also bolts to the plate. It's what connects the bumper to the bumper brackets, as the bumper brackets don't connect to the bumper itself, like in earlier mustangs.

    My 1973 project daily driver

Yep. You are going to have a healthy idle. Fuel injection is a great way to keep the idle circuit more tolerable at the stoplight (less gas smell etc). I run big manual brakes that necessitate a 18" rim .... so vacuum isn't a concern for me. Car stops on a dime.... but be fair and don't...

    My 1973 project daily driver

Yep.... aluminum heads. First off.... they save weight... but realistically they dissipate heat better and with modern cad and CNC design they beat cast iron in flow and even cooling with better coolant flow passages within the head . Not to say cast iron heads are bad.... I've seen some that...
